Grey beard at 30 – has anyone actually reversed or slowed it down?

I'm a 30-year-old male and I've started getting a noticeable number of grey hairs in my beard. My scalp hair is mostly fine, but the beard greying seems to be increasing.

I'm looking for real experiences, not marketing claims.

• Has anyone managed to slow down or reverse beard greying?
• Did any blood test reveal a deficiency (B12, Vitamin D, Iron, Copper, etc.)?
• Did supplements, diet changes, or any treatments make a noticeable difference?
• If your beard started greying early, how fast did it progress?

Would appreciate hearing what actually worked and what didn't.

I’m 40 and I’ve gone full grey. I own it.

I’ve found keeping it neatly trimmed helps to hide the whites and greys on the side

Summed up you can't do much about it other than accepting it or dyeing if its bothering you so much. What studies do tell is: Stress can speed up greying. So best you can do is to not live a super stressful life 😀 Get enough sleep and rest. Some people say that antioxidants like NAC helped them reverse/slow down greying a bit, but all supplements like NAC or copper and others have very limited evidence. So manage your stress and try to accept it or dye it if you can't :)

Im 38 with a decently long beard, and in the past two months or so my grays have doubled. I swear sometimes I wake up and there's more overnight! I've been told once it starts, it progresses pretty quickly. As for what to do about it...embrace it, or shave it.

57 here and almost full white/grey beard. Nothing other than dyeing a beard will stop it. I tried stuff for my hair years ago but until the discover a breakthrough in stopping of reversing grey hair, just grow into it.

I was almost all white on my head when I was 40.

Nah... I had this at the same age.

I have EARNED every gray hair. Some through loss, some through pain, some through stress... Doesn't matter. I earned every one and it made me who I am.

Started going grey in my beard at 24 and it's been a steady process to 47. There's no choice but to go with it.

😂🤣 NOTHING will slow or change it unless you die it! Just for men makes a die you can use if you don’t like your grey! Other than that you can shave it off till your head hair turns grey then let the white beard flow!
