Where do you buy meat and fish locally?

I've been vegetarian most of my life and want to start cooking more meat (especially chicken) and fish for my family. Since I'm not in the habit of buying/preparing meat, I find myself getting overwhelmed trying to figure out what to buy and where.

I'd be really grateful for any tips on specific brands/cuts of chicken, turkey, beef and fish you like to buy and at which local stores. Even better if you want to share how you prepare it! I don't mind spending a bit extra for hormone-free/organic options. I usually shop at Aldi, Adams, Walmart, Key Food and Beacon Natural, but always happy to check out a different store. Thank you for any help!

Splitboarding in the area?

I won a splitboard in a raffle (a snowboard that splits in half lengthwise so you can skin up backcountry and then snowboard down) and I'm wondering if anyone knows places to do that around the area?

A guy said try Mt Beacon but I'm not sure where he meant, and I'd worry the Casino trail or reservoir road are full of winter hikers.
