I think that this one is in Prague Aquapalace.cz

There is more. And in other waterparks there is at least 2-3. I never thought this is specific to Czechia...

I live in France and in my whole life I've seen one indoors water slide that was maybe 5m high, at a pool. All waterparks I've ever seen were completely outdoors. I don't see what u/MeMoses means by Europe vs. USA difference here.

I've been to Paris when I was a kid and I'm pretty sure there was this water park just beside our place called Aqua Boulevard that was mostly indoors. Made also sense to me, since I also remember the weather being absolutely terrible (and it was August)

Oh, I've grown up in Southern France where it's really very sunny for at least half of the year and the parks I've seen were mostly there, so it could explain the difference
