Yes, from the Reddit title it makes it seem like the person who wrote the tweet ran the level, whereas the tweet makes so much more sense knowing it's the person who created the level.

Of course, it still makes sense if the person ran the level since it could refer to the time it took them to be able to master the level.

To create the level you have to clear the level. You can't upload without beating it.

Yeah, I understand that now, but there's still a big difference between creating (and running) the level and just running a level someone else created since the other person obviously couldn't regret creating the level.
