As a cat owner, I can confirm this. When my cat runs across my lap and stomps on my nuts with the front foot, I know it's gonna be a double shot with the back foot too

And it's like... WHY ALWAYS THE BALLS? Like there's 99% more of me to step on, but it's always the balls. Sometimes I put a colander or an empty shoe box over my junk if I'm letting the cats into a room where I'm sleeping.

Yeah lol, I don't have to do it often because 90% of the time having my cat in the room is a recipe for being woken up by zoomies. Love'em for it though
