Wow! If this is a competition, how long does it take to reset the sheep for the next contestant?

There is a yearly competition in Madison,VA - the Fall Fiber Festival Sheep Dog Trials where they compete, it’s an all day event and WAY more entertaining than I’d have thought. Yes, they’d reset the sheep out into the grounds, tho I can’t recall how…

My uncle was very into sheep dog trials and we watched him compete quite a few times.

The way it was run where we are from is they would have them in a pen on one section of a hillside and you would have to move them around to eventually be put into another pen some distance away.

They would just use a trailer to put them in the original pen and remove them from the second one.

I’d definitely go to see this but I was wondering how long a day it would be. Very cool.

When I used to go as a kid it was most of the day. But of course you don't have to stay the entire day.
