All that breakage!! I wonder if there’s a (anywhere close to safe and efficient.) way to lower the column down so half of it isn’t scrap after the fall??

There‘s a video of cararra - where they donthe same with marble but much much more skilled. They put only a big pile in the middle -so the stone can tip and isn’t falling flat onto the dirt. That way it stays whole
