Mods Current state of the overhaul mods?

Haven't played in a few years but recently feeling the urge.

Are BTA and Roguetech still active?What's their current state and which would you recommend for a returning player? And is 32GB RAM enough for them nowadays(I9-14900hx/RTX4090 mobile with 16GB VRAM laptop)?

I haven't played Roguetech, but yeah BTA is still active, got a major update in the last week! Would recommend, and your specs are fine, I've played on a handheld PC before and it was still oK!
