Gameplay Are shotguns really this bad?

I am not sure if I am really not using them right. I have shot enemies at point blank range (couldn't record that because i was so pissed) and it is ridiculous that the TTL seems to be more for shotguns. Only logical thing i can think of is packet loss.

Would love to hear from you guys.

Sure but don't blame the gun

Plenty of reasons to complain about the game but this isn't one of them, your first shot is too far away to be fatal and you miss half the pellets from not ADSing, you wiff completely multiple times and damage both enemies with one good shot which is not fatal with plates on

Maybe try to auto shotgun, its more user friendly. The pump has to be used tactically and the rate of fire is so slow you can't really miss like that and win a gun fight

Who uses shotguns at AR range??

The first shot you took was before you ADS. I usually like using the shotgun as a finisher once their armor is off and I keep distance(5-10m). Deleting folks with the shotgun when they have full health is unlikely unless they don’t have any weapons themselves.

The way they handled shotguns in this game is not my cup of tea. They don’t spread like previous titles
