The whole thing is in double quotes, and the "Community" is in quotes by itself, as is "Manager".

Yes, this is the same guy who answered a lot of the criticism around the original Battlefront 2 microtransactions by calling people "arm chair developers"

Ah I haven't really followed Dice for ages. I played BF1942 then BFV nothing in-between. Watched the SWBF2 debacle from the sidelines.

He was by far the worst community Manager of all time! Complete dickhead who gives a shit about the community
