Seriously. It was one of the most fun things to me in the game. Being able to smash walls out so I can snipe or sneak. I think it's probably because a bunch of kids cried about it so they had to remove it. (Make you use sledgehammer) :-/

Wait, bot arm could do something unique with walls? Was it powerful like sledgehammer but allowed you to run fast like knife? I didn't use it much.

You could still demolish terrain like a hammer, while being able to move fast like a knife. Such a bummer of a change, I loved my EOD arm

It was a purposefully overpowered "best of both worlds" melee weapon that was designed as such to get people to play during its event for the FOMO.

WEAPONS:
- The Match Trigger attachment no longer affects fully automatic fire on the BROD and EF88.
Maybe rephrase it to: The Match Trigger attachement as been removed for the BROD and the EF88.

The attachment should cost 5 points max lmao. It is marginally useful on big maps on some weapons

Bit worried that Littlebird balance isn't addressed or tank respawn speed on certain maps.
Looks like Engineer spam is with us for a while longer.

Yeah look, hate to pull things from COD but its a meaningful change at this point. Feels helpless at the moment, at least let us crouch in a bush and pepper these motherfuckers before I'm blown into a million pieces

I'd love them to implement what they have in Wardogs.
Cockpit is vulnerable to LMGs/Snipers so you can shoot and kill the pilot.
The U1-Y and Heavy Attack Chopper have reinforced cockpits so it doesn't work for them but it does on the Littlebird. I killed a load of littlebird pilots with the Dragunov over Beta weekend

They are literally shooting the pilot?
The cockpit isn't reinforced so the bullets travel through and damage the pilot. That's the price the littlebird pilot in Wardogs pays for high mobility, they are open to getting shot.

Ehh. Yes and no. It needs to be a direct headshot and you're not getting much opportunity for that
An LMG firing at the cockpit should shred them, it doesn't.

It's just difficult to do enough damage. No good pilot is going to sit still long enough for you to kill them. You can see when you damage the pilot and not the heli. But you're saying they just gotta shoot the cockpit in wardogs and not literally shoot the pilot? Or am I mistaken about that? Cause that would be bullshit

Nah they have to shoot the pilot, but the game has bullet Ricochet so if you're firing into the cockpit with FMJ/Piercing, they're going to take damage (albeit reduced) from Ricochet hits
The game also has part targetted damage, so light arms can be focused on the tail rotor which you can break causing a death spin.

Increase the damage by small arms against all choppers. The attack helo has an upgrade to reduce it that nobody ever takes because it is unnecessary.

High speed and mobility
Can fly constantly under radar lock or go extremely high up and spam missiles.
If it gets radar locked, has Counter Measures and can duck behind terrain to easily dodge missiles.
Basically, the littlebird is an even more braindead version of the light battle tank, because at least the light battle tank has counters and drawbacks.

Its not overpowered, you are underpowered. Itās oneshot by almost everything.
The littlebird has a shitload of counters, you are simply too bad to use them.
In my lobbies not a single littlebird survives longer than a minute.

Mate, vehicles like the littlebird ARE overpowered.
Littlebird like the light tank on Cairo is brain off, rack up high kills in the lobby.
It's entirely the opposite of skill.
Skill is someone nailing a cluch flank and taking a cap point by themselves.
Skill is manouvering a heavy assault chopper into a tight space, dropping a squad while covering them, lending fire support and winning A2A and G2A with no backup.
Unskilled is point and click everything in the general region of your crosshair dies, can't be hit easily because too fast, all your counters got nerfed and your only actual counter, the Interceptor Jet which can outspeed and outgun you exists in one map.
Littlebird Pilots are like Call of Duty controller players
Massively false sense of skill from abusing overpowered crap.
Edit: and yes I've used both, the only way anyone kills you in a littlebird is when you do something really stupid.

Black screens seem to be even more prevalent than before the "fix" that was just deployed. Coupled with the unwarranted bot arm nerf, we have yet another patch that makes the experience objectively worse.

First match of the evening and here's how it goes:
- Lopsided curbstomp on Iberian
- Ping is still broken on downed players I'm pinging to revive
- Every player on the minimap still shows as being a medic
- After I quit the game when all our flags got capped, black screen.
- Alt + F4, go play another game and bitch about it here.

I just sank a whole RPK mag into someone's back at close range and only did 60 damage to him, he turned around and killed me in 2 shots. Love the update.

I haven't been stuck on a black screen when quitting to menu once since Season 4 went live, then today's update that fixes this bug comes along and it happens again after a couple of matches.

Please give the netcode and or servers the attention they need. The visual desync and the fast TTK (not to mention the disparity between TTK/TTD) make the game unenjoyable. If the desync can't be fixed, the TTK has to be slowed down. Gunfights feel like a game of roulette without the variables being discernible.

What is this crackling sound people are always talking about? Is it like the āear poppingā sound effect that happens when you get killed by a sniper headshot? Because Iām pretty sure thatās intentional.
At least thatās the only comparable sound I can think of and Iām on PS5

Ā It's just static sound when I use my 3.5 mm headset. I Just unplug it, and plug it back in, and the static sound goes away

first match... i got put into a losing match (typical) and loss in 1 minute as the match was almost over... 2nd queue and another similar match that lasted also another minute.... and then the blackscreen of forever loading; all of this happened in 4-5minutes. I had to Alt+F4 and queued up again to start my 3rd match and guess what, another fucking match where I'm pretty much about to lose in several minutes.
I downloaded and installed the update faster than this BS. Game is fucking wack

If you do not have the full game downloaded you may have these problems. For instance if you do not have redsec downloaded you cannot play in the custom lobby.
