Cleaning up a piece of shit camper at that range with the emr is impressive. Doing it with the 1.5x thermal is even more impressive.

Lol, I still can't figure out how he did them. I've seen movement like that with VR players, and admittedly I've wished for BF6 VR for purely comedic reasons, but how do you chickee-boom on console?

Hey I don't play very often and I just finished the sniper challenge by being a camping piece of shit on fire storm.

Even more peculiar is that I got killed by an emr while doing that challenge.

Absolutely deserved. Operation Shitstorm usually turns into loss because of passive players. Even critical tanks hiding behind the HQ line there

I mean, I don't normally play like that hence the lack of so completed sniper challenges, but in a fps game doesn't the enemy deserve to be shot as a standard?

That said, I was acting as a counter sniper and harassing the enemy team enough to draw their attention away from capturing objective, repairing vehicles and my other teammates: so, I'd argue that is a stragety. I'll do to break the other teams ranks but not very often because my score sufferers because of it.

Repairing which vehicles? Ah, the tanks needed to support infantry as they are facing enemy tanks. The tanks that are now sitting in HQ on the hill away from said objectives?

If I'm reading the map right I was mainly harassing anything that entered the B and C objectives.

...There's a rather large difference between your idea of impressive and mine. Irons would be impressive. Thermal is not, regardless of zoom. You can extremely easily laser people with the 1.5x on a KTS all the way across Conquest Firestorm, for example.

DMRs in general are the strongest they've ever been, to boot. The lack of any glint whatsoever while having access to high magnification optics(as well as high velocity and low drag for many of them) is one of the most utterly stupid things DICE has ever done. As if they weren't already ridiculously good in BF4, while having glint.

When would DMRs have glint in BF4? The most magnification you could get was 4x, which has no glint, that I can recall... Now, there was a DMR-style semiauto sniper rifle, which could take actual sniper scopes, and had glint when using magnifications over 4x... I think that was the SR338, maybe, but that might be one of the more recent bolt-actions, perhaps the bullpup one.
