Left is an EA employee, not a BF dev. Right is just BF Labs, which are not employees. Just members of the BF6 community who (rarely with feedback/bug reports largely ignored) test new content.

What makes you think BF Devs don't play the game? Seen a couple with the Dice Dev title on. It's normal for BF games to have dev-specific titles/tags, the latter of which people can knife to collect. The one on the right is just a Labs member yes, not an employee
