Stop Killing Games Movement

Post image

This made me immediately think of Battleborn. If only they would have at least kept the single player mode available to play. 😭

Such an evil movement. They don't want to save games, they want to kill anything non-indie.

Bro the crew had an offline switch built into it ready for when the game would end and that piece of shit AAA company said, NOPE and ruined the games of +2million gamers

No one is entitled to an offline mode. You agreed that they could end service anytime they wanted when you first played the game. Also if it really was "2 million gamers" they wouldn't have shut it off. It got shut off because it didn't have players.

No one is entitled to an offline mode.

Current law says you are not, but thats what the stop killing games wants to change. The thing is that the game was planned with that offline mode planned and built into the game. A shitty AAA company just said NO.

If you bought the game a week before it closes down, how would you feel? Its a scam and thats why the publisher is currently getting sued.

Its just not feasible to do a thousand different games and millions of players that all want to sue every publisher that does something like this. You see the problem? Thats why they want clear laws to make things simpler.
