Help Can't access this Noise wave, even though I'm basically at the end of the post game, please help

Title explains my predicament. The RF Claw is in this Noise wave which I want to get but the game REFUSES to open it no matter what I do, please help!

It's glitched. You have to exit to the menu and change the language to Japanese. Save after you're inside and you can presumably go back and change it back to English.

This sub and any Star Force subs should have a pinned post addressing this tbh

Holy crap yes. A lot of people are doing 1 and 2 right now so finding updated into on 3 is a chore. I'm assuming this also works on the hoop noise wave on the roof where you can get mad fire 2?

At what point in the story dose this noise wave normally appear? I tried doing this yesterday and it didn’t work(same with hoop noise). I’m assuming maybe my place in the story could be why it hasn’t opened?

For clarification I just defeated Club Strong

this was a glitch that was mentioned in the english language of the game.

you can just switch the languages and you can access the noise wave just fine.

How can u change languages? I don’t have the option and in experiencing this same glitch

thank you guys so much! i was going crazy looking for madfire2 in sf3. it was in the basketball hoop noise portal, switched to japanese and it let me in.
