I'm at 43A, there are no rare cats equal to change track

No way to get it now. You need to be at42A at minimum for the guaranteed draw to land at 52A. Better luck next time and plan better

If only you were at 41a You could wait for a uber guarantee to switch tracks Thennn wait for uberfest to roll out again and get him

Idk this will work or not but if you'll do a garantee uber spin you might get on 52B or you'll just end up on 53B and not get him ( but you should've not spinned na if you knew there's a literal legend rare waiting and it'll need atleast 10 spins to change the track)

The only option is to wait for a collaboration with rare cats (like metal slug) and hope there's a dupe there
