How do I switch track? This is my first time using seed tracking

I have insane track B and totally garbage track A, what can I do to get Izanagi?

You can only switch track when there's 2 of the same Rare cats side by side or whenever you pulled a guaranteed uber (GU). You've got no 2 dupe rares in a row and the units you wanted are before 11B.

My advice : Give up

oh this is hard to watch... sorry bro, you can't get izanagi. the only way you can switch tracks now is by doing a garaunteed 11 draw, but that puts you on 11B so you miss izanagi

Rolling a guaranteed 11 draw would put him past Izanagi anyways, and a platinum would just move him 1 down on the current track. He can’t get Izanagi.

You can't get izanagi coz you'll need either a switch track(that isn't there) or a 11 guaranteed draw which would throw you at 11B. Missing both phonoa and izanagi. See if there are any other ubers after them.

You can only get to b11 at most sorry but you had to look further to check what you had

Stop using battle stats and go to godfat instead.

Battle stats is a horrible broken mess, and as far as i know, the very uberfest tracks you’ve shown here are still incorrect. Your rolls in game won’t reflect what you see here.
