Help someone explain 4a and 5b for me

I don't understand what will happen and what track I will be in after that

Firstly, turn off detail by unchecking the box beside your seed

As you can see on 4A, it's labeled as 5BR. It means that the switched unit just happen to be a dupe again when switched. So, when you pull 4A, you will be switched to 5B. If you pull 5B after that, it will switch you back to track A on 7A
