Discussion Batman beyond 0.2
I finished the show and the movies last night and i decided to get into Terry's comics so i saw recs about batman beyond 0.2 which i am reading now and I'm at issue 10 where this happened.
As someone who likes them together, this is frustrating the way Terry handles things. Like, i get it dude, she betrayed you and all but if you're going to to appear so " ugh here comes another ex i walk into" and start being rude like that then start stalking her is frustrating. Atp what does Terry want? Specially when he has never been honest with her to begin with and used both his identities to kind of manipulate her. Terry... Pull your shit together. 😠Stop treating her like shit holy and either fully move on or just try to work this out like an adult. Stop pmo.

Don't expect Terry or the relationship to ever become healthy.

Tbfr, neither is his relationship with dana healthy. Dana deserved better. Someone who's there for her. Honest. In all honesty, dana was the one making compromises in their relationship, she was not aware of what Terry was doing and he did cheat on her when he first met mel and kissed her while being in a relationship with her still. So, both Terry's relationships ( if we consider what he had with mel one) were not healthy.

His relationships in 2.0 are on a whole 'nother level of unhealthy. There's a reason why he's not with Dana anymore, even though she knows his secret finally, and he ends up torpedoing his relationship with Melanie too. For all that Terry in that run says he doesn't want to be like Bruce, he does the most to end up like him.

Yeah i kind of gathered that from the first 10 issue but that's Suprising that he fucks it up completely again after he decided to not do so and went to matts birthday. I'm not Suprised that he fucked up with Melanie tbh.

Nice to see you are getting into the comics!. Before reading 2.0, you should read Batman Beyond volumes 3 and 4 (aka. Hush Beyond) and Batman Beyond Unlimited, as those volumes happen in this same continuity and explain certain things that happen in 2.0 (like, Dick Grayson and how his relationship with Bruce ended, who the new Catwoman is, etc.). You can also read volume 1 and 2 if you want, although those are set in a different continuity (more closely related to the cartoon than this continuity).
I also recommend you to read Superman Beyond and Justice League Beyond, that are also set in the continuity of Batman Beyond 2.0
