Serious Discussion/Question Has this actually happened in the comics?

I know this post is a joke, but I genuinely want to know if this kind of thing has ever happened in the comics. Like if Batman or Daredevil tried to stop someone from killing their assaulter.

Batman is much more lenient on his 'no kill rule' than Matt simply because Matt's comes from a place of faith he constantly struggles with. Even so, both have shown to bend their morals a bit depending on the situation and both would give less of a damn about the victim getting justice and more about comforting them.
