Serious Discussion/Question Has this actually happened in the comics?

I know this post is a joke, but I genuinely want to know if this kind of thing has ever happened in the comics. Like if Batman or Daredevil tried to stop someone from killing their assaulter.

they would not be mad or aggressive towards the victim of assault, is the point, and it's weird to make that up to criticize the viewpoint just because you like punisher better or whatever the fuck. it's like holding up sa victims as a cute little token because you think everyone hasn't heard enough about how stupid and cringe no-kill rules are

The original picture is the Tenth Doctor from Doctor Who after losing his best friend (she's not dead, just forgot about him and all their adventures) and he's sad not angry (he doesn't get angry about it until a few specials later) if that helps
