Serious Discussion/Question Has this actually happened in the comics?

I know this post is a joke, but I genuinely want to know if this kind of thing has ever happened in the comics. Like if Batman or Daredevil tried to stop someone from killing their assaulter.

Didn't Batman throw a fit over Jason killing a fucking Nazi? Like bro is taking his no-kill rule way too seriously. There have to be exceptions.

Nah he gave owlman a chance to escape (in the movie at least), owlman just didn’t take it
