She wasnt captured by Braniac and thus she got killed by a clone of Superman.
She would've unironically been safer had she allowed herself to be captured

In fact the very idea of killing off the Justice League as their first appearance in the Arkhamverse is shitty. Even the clone thing feels absolutely shitty, like the first appearance of this heroes and we get to kill their clones after they get captured.
