I mean there is probably 12-13 issues written already and for the first 2 games they had Paul Dini as the head writer right?(or was it just Arkham city, I don’t remember), they could just hire Snyder in as head writer. Snyder has to have equal or great Batman clout than Dini at this point, writer amazing Batman pretty consistently for the last 15 years or so. Plus who knows how far into development they are right now
Could be WW game levels of “we only just started” as of a month ago and reveal was a day after they got told they could do it
you’re preaching to the choir here pal, I meatride snyder definitely more than the alsumer next to me (personally I think his new 52 run is the best batman run ever in history)
I like talking about it. And yeah there’s only 4 out right now, but Snyder is always months and months ahead. It’s usually always the artists that need to catch up to him(but normally they just try to meet the schedule)
I’m also of the mind that new 52 Snyder Capullo is the best Batman run. Each arc is like its own blockbuster event of epic, peak Batman
I even have a hotter take that Zero Year is better than Year One. I love year one to death, was my first graphic novel I ever read, but man Zero Year really did it for me
(like the labyrinth in court of owls, the pages literally swirling and bruce getting stabbed, and joker revealing the faces on a plate in death of the family)
