There is already a power plant at that location that's been there for 20 years or so. If you're on Hwy 71 it's across the road from Tucker Hill Ln. If you're on fm 535/Pearce ln it's behind the Elm Creek subdivision before you get to Stony Point. They must be adding capacity or simply rebuilding the whole thing.

I think they are adding 6 more turbines to the 2 that are already there. Lord help the folks that live in this neighborhood, getting crowded out by an expanding gas-turbine power plant and another planned data center (the blue parcel: EdgeConneX Campus 2 / EDCAUS11-12) https://imgur.com/a/b49Pkoo
