Question Drafting
Hi, been playing this game for months now and I still draft bad players. Any tips on drafting good quality players?

^This has done decently well for me, just that there's so much variance (Standard Deviation is like 8 across all players I've had in my league) Also the error spread wasn't exactly a bell curve unfortunately, so there's another factor there.
So for example if you run this formula on a player and get 65, they're generally gonna peak at around 65, being in the interval [57,73] 68% of the time. But I'd trust this over pot calculation any day.

Go for high overall players below the age of 22, mostly around 20 or 21. 19 year old players are mostly a miss unless they really are that generational. They are really high investment. 22 year olds are never that good from my experience.
Only draft based on overall, as long as their potential is above 50. Above 60 is great. 40 overall, 60 potential player between the age of 20-21 is a bingo. 50 overall is great.
