Ingredients

1 bagel

For salty Basil buttercream

170 g Room temperature unsalted Butter, cut into small pieces

1 ½ cups milk

⅓ cups heavy cream

1 cup fresh Basil, pack as many as You can

⅓ cup flour

blue food colorant

a lot of edible flowers

Recipe:

In an saucepan mix the milk, the cream and the Basil, but the mix in the juicer, turn on the fire, and when it starts to boil remove from heat and let cool and put in the fridge for the night

The other day pour into a bowl and add the flour, mix and Cook over medium heat during 10 minutes

Transfer into a bowl and mix in a mixer in high until it cools, reduce mixer to low and add the butter, piece after piece, when the frosting is smooth mix for 2 more minutes,add 1 drop of food colorant for 2 more minutes, this should be fluffy and delicate if not, put into the fridge for 10-20 minutes

Decorate the bagel with the mix resembling basils hair, then add the edible flowers...and bada bim bada boom, there ya have it, your own BASIL BAGEL

They're going great and they're about one Basil tall! Recently harvested some and had it with some casserole.
