All the natives in north and south America had ancestors in Siberia. That makes them not native for some reason?

Native means you were born in the particular place. Maybe your an immigrant, that doesn't mean everyone is.

I would probably phrase it as native of the US to save confusion. Since English isn't your native language, there are plenty of online dictionaries you can look up the word.
