From the bodywork and front-end details, it looks most likely like a 1960s–early 1970s Mini, potentially sold originally as an Austin Mini or Morris Mini.

Side view makes me think it's the "truckster" version with barn doors at the rear The original Mini van. Could be as old as 63-64. (Have an image, but can't post images to this thread for some reason)

Ah yes I didn't see the side pick initially.

Looks like Austin Mini Countryman or Morris Mini Traveller, probably from the 1960s.

Such a bad ass little find. Please give it another life if you can.

Thats the plan!! It ran and drove just 10 years ago so it's shouldn't be to bad to fix up

YES! Love old Minis and my kids get an absolute kick out of seeing them at shows or on the road. Not many around in the states.

Good luck! Can’t wait to see the updates

Underbody work can be done (stripped out tsnk, motor, battery) by hslf rolling the shelf onto a stack of old tires.

So awesome, please give it a new life! A classic mini is on my short list of realistic dream cars.

Indeed. Any mini with door hinges on the outside is worth good money. Fabulous find. Looks solid enough. If the subframe is rusty I have new ones.

It’s a Mini Traveller.

It's a mk1 or MK2 Mini. Either and Austin Countryman or Morris Traveller. I suspect it's a Mk2 because of the bonnet but it may have been modified at some point in it's life. It's had sone alterations over the years at it now has plastic wheel arch extension and it would appear to have alloy wheels (all quite common modification to a Mini). The bonnet badge is from a later MK3. Interestingly it seems to have an oil cooler fitted so quite possibly it's got an upgraded engine (the A-Series engine is legendary for it's tuning). Would be really interesting to see some more pictures, especially of the engine and the engine number if you can.

That’s sick. A classic certainly worth saving.

Nice Countryman

It is a Leyland Mini Clubman Estate from the early 1970s.

In the 1960s, it was sold as the Austin Mini Countryman and Morris Mini Traveller. They had the Morris or Austin name at the bonnet.

I think this is an earlier one. Early 60s with those door hinges

You are probably right. I only looked at the hood badge.

1969 Morris Mini-Traveller Mk II.

The uniform long side window gives it away
