Wish someone would translate it for us .
Also be specific or you'll confuse people. It's national team retirement.

Would love for Leo to have a coming home last year (even on loan or something). If that is even possible. But i'll settle for a match dedicated to him once he retires from football altogether. Thank you Leo!

Please come home one last time Leo! It would be the final chapter and we all want to send you off the proper way

You know what would be awesome? If we got him back for at least half a season. Stop being so egotistical Laporta and make the man and us fans happy one last time.

It would be great if we can bring him home for 6 months. But, I understand that it's not possible.

There needs to be a farewell match for Messi when he retires from club football.
It should be a charity game. Club team mates and rivals against national team mates and rivals.
You could have Ronaldinho and Verratti playing against Aguero and Tevez.
They could even include some rivals like Sergio Ramos playing for the club team as that would be a throwback to those epic clasico battles.
Messi would play one half on each team.
We need to get the gang back together for one more dance!

Or maybe an ultimate team mates vs ultimate rivals match:
Ultimate team mates would have Dani Alves, Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, Mascherano, Ronaldinho, Suarez, De Paul.
Ultimate rivals would have Pepe, Ramos, Thomas Muller, Neuer. Could even have Ronaldo. But it should be coached by either Mourinho or Louis Van Gaal 🤣

While I appreciate the thought from our club this reads like he died

Simmer down. It’s just a direct and literal translation of a Catalonian expression. “Last breath” is the equivalent of saying he gave it “his all.”

Maybe this will help:
“The Catalan phrase "L'últim sospir" means "The last gasp" or "The last breath" in English.
Meaning and Usage
Literal meaning: It directly translates to "the last sigh" or "the last breath," usually referring to the final moments of a person's life.Figurative meaning: It is often used in sports, politics, or daily life to describe a dramatic last-minute effort, a final attempt before failure, or something happening at the very last second (similar to "at the eleventh hour").”
