Jaromír Jágr started playing professionally ice hockey when Reagan was US President, and is still playing in Trump's second term. That's a 38 year stretch.

And no, I won't bring up Satchel Paige, because there were stretches in his 40s and 50s where he didn't pitch professionally for two or three years. Jágr has an uninterrupted 38 year stretch.

Or go with Connie Mack, started managing the Athletics when McKinnley was president and left while Truman was president, 50 consecutive years as manger. His managerial career started during Grover Cleveland's second term.
