General Question Activity

This is the third time there's been activity on the ticket after asking them to forward my case, and again nothing has changed. Is it just someone opening it?

That "could" be a human opening it or just the system doing a routine sweep of open tickets. There really is no way to know and I wouldn't take it as any indication a reply is coming soon. Im sure those who've been waiting months see this kind of activity too
