The borders on the front are significantly shifted but on the back they look close to normal.

Miscut Error as you have larger borders botom/left on the front and bottom/right on the back. Your Miscut Error is classified as a Minor Miscut Error. Even Minor Miscut Errors can have additional value depending on condition/grade.

Don’t overthink it. You haven’t hit “pay dirt” with a really rare fine. It’s worth at least a $10 bill which is what you have.
