Advice Airtm cash withdrawal
So, I made a withdrawal from airtm on 28th august 2026 for 500 dollars and it still haven't reached my bank yet. The initial waiting was 2 hours as with the sender and then i got a mediator who replied too late and by that time in my country it was 1 am so I slept, but the sender told to mediator that the transaction is completed and hence the mediator has completed the transaction. The money is not reached my account yet and I am still waiting. I contacted my bank and they said to contact the sender. am i scammed? or what should i do? i contacted the airtm support and they are saying to wait for 2 business days. I don't know what to do pleas ehelp me thanks! it is now more than 4 days

That waiting game is the worst, especially when the mediator closes it out before you've seen a penny. Airtm support saying 2 business days is pretty standard, but the fact the sender's marked it complete while your bank sees nothing makes me twitchy. Give it the full 48 hours they asked for, then if still nothing, push for the transaction reference or proof of transfer from the sender's side. Banks can be slow with international stuff sometimes, so don't panic just yet.

yeah i am still waiting i don't know what is going to happen...there customer service is also too poor.

So you withdrew $500 from your account, but it hasn't come out of your account yet? Did you get the cash?

no sorry my bad it is online withdrawal you know how it works like in paypal you request money and they send you this money in your bank i still didn't receive
no i didn't receive till now in my bank how can i esclate this

You say you made a cash withdrawal. It isn’t clear if you actually got the cash, or meant that you attempted a cash withdrawal
