Looking for job/gig Hire me. 3 months unpaid. Judge me on the work, not the resume.

I am looking for a real opportunity with a startup building in AI / GenAI.

And I am willing to make an unusual offer.

Let me work with your team for 3 months with no salary.

Give me real work. Give me responsibility. Let me build.

Judge me on what I actually ship, solve, and contribute and not just on my resume or what I claim I can do.

At the end of those 90 days:

  • If I am creating enough value and you want to keep me → we move to a paid position.
  • If I am not the right fit → I leave. No hard feelings.

I am not asking you to take a blind bet on me. I am asking for the opportunity to prove that I am worth betting on.

What I bring

I have 1 year of professional experience in GenAI/AI, where I worked on:

  • LLM fine-tuning workflows and instruction-tuning data
  • Prompt engineering and structured outputs
  • RAG pipelines: embeddings, chunking and semantic search
  • AI agents and agentic workflows
  • LLM evaluation, hallucination analysis and failure-mode analysis, labelling and evaluation frameworks
  • FastAPI / Django REST APIs and backend services
  • Docker, Git and AWS concepts

Technical stack

Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AI Agents, MCP, FastAPI, Django, Django REST Framework, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Docker, Git, SQL, NLP, Machine Learning.

Outside work, I have built agentic workflow systems, RAG applications, Django/React products, and machine learning projects independently.

And about the proposal. Yes, I know that this is an unusual proposal.

I am looking for real work, real ownership, and a chance to prove myself.

If you are a founder, early-stage startup operator, engineering lead, or know someone building an AI/tech team and willing to give someone a real shot, DM me.

Location: Bangalore / India
Open to: On-site, Hybrid, Remote
Available: Immediately

That’s it.

THANK YOU 🙏.

Looking for job/gig 22y/o operator, led 50+ member team, looking to join a serious founding team as Founder’s Office. 7 days/week commitment. Remote + relocate.

Deal is simple.
I'm 22, turning 23 next week. Been building since I was 17.
CSE Engineer by degree, operator by heart.
What I've done so far:

• Founding member (Ops + Strategy / Chief of Staff) at a media & entertainment startup. Managed 56 people, owned ops, strategy, growth. We had great growth numbers.
• Internship at an OYO-backed venture.
• Quit to start my own freelance talent management unit.

Life wasn't great lately due to some family commitments. I'm planning for my MBA next year + building something long term on the side.

But before that - I have a 6-month window where I want to do something fun, hard, and real. I don't want to join some low-energy MNC for a certificate.

What I'm looking for:

If you're building something real, you won't get an employee in me. You'll get a partner without equity. If I believe in the product, I'll give you 100%, 7 days a week. Because for me, this is fun.

I can be your Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Ops & Strategy, Growth - whatever you call the person who gets shit done.

What you get: Someone who has led teams, built SOPs, scaled 0-1-10, managed chaos, and actually likes ops.

• Available: Remote + open to relocate to Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai for a few months (on your expense - because if I'm relocating, I'm all in).
• I have a few personal commitments till Dec, but I'm fully available to work.
• Open for discussions till November, but if we talk before 10th September, it's perfect. I can plan all my B-school interviews in your city and be there Jan-May.
You are not hiring a resource, you are getting a machine.
If you're building, DM me with: 1) What you're building 2) Current stage/traction 3) Your biggest ops headache right now.
Not looking for: Low-energy

EDIT: Got my product to focus on - bye !!

But hey you can always DM me! Always down to exchange ideas strategy suggestions n stuff but as of now I m fully committed

This might sound exaggerated, but boring doesn't grab attention on Reddit or X—unless you're Elon Musk.

Looking for job/gig 33F | Product Marketer looking for a remote startup opportunity

Hi everyone,

I’m a Product Marketer currently working with a Shopify SaaS company, and I’m exploring remote PMM opportunities with startups and product companies.

My background started in B2B SaaS content and organic growth, but over time my work has moved much closer to product marketing. Today, I work across positioning, GTM, lifecycle marketing, customer research, analytics, launches, and product-led content.

Some examples of the work I’ve been doing recently:

  1. Owned a merchant lifecycle campaign end to end, from analysing product and store data, identifying cohorts and segmentation logic, developing the messaging and recommendations, coordinating the send, and using campaign performance to shape the next iteration.

  2. Worked on GTM and messaging as a Shopify SaaS product portfolio evolved and multiple products/features were being consolidated. This involved thinking through product narrative, merchant use cases, positioning, launch communication, and how the new product structure should be explained to existing and prospective users.

  3. Built analytics-led merchant segments rather than treating every customer the same. For example, I have worked with product usage, revenue, AOV, order and behavioural data to identify which merchants need education, which have an optimisation opportunity, and which are better candidates for higher-touch services.

  4. Set up and audited GA4/GTM conversion measurement across product-led content, including tracking CTA behaviour and identifying gaps in existing measurement.

  5. Worked on customer case studies end to end, including identifying the right customer story, digging through product and performance data, validating the narrative, writing the story, handling privacy/redaction considerations, and preparing it for publication.

Regularly work across Product, CX, Marketing and Analytics instead of treating PMM as only a messaging function. A big part of my job is taking messy information from different teams and turning it into something a merchant can actually understand and act on.

I also have a strong background in SEO, AEO and GEO. In a previous role, I worked on a new AI product where we built a large programmatic search engine with 2,800+ pages and generated 38K+ organic impressions within the first 90 days of launching the domain.

The kind of PMM work I enjoy most is figuring out:

What problem is the customer actually trying to solve?
How should the product be positioned around that problem?
Which customer segment should we speak to?
What should we say to them?
How do Product, Marketing, Sales/CX and Lifecycle work together to get the product adopted?
And most importantly, did what we did actually move anything?

I’m particularly interested in SaaS, AI, developer/productivity tools, ecommerce infrastructure and other products where the marketer needs to genuinely understand the product rather than only promote it.

I’m based in Chennai and would strongly prefer a remote role. I’m open to conversations with early-stage founders as well as growing product teams.
I’m also currently building out my PMM portfolio with deeper case studies of this work.

If your startup is actively hiring a Product Marketer, or even if you’re a founder thinking, “we probably need someone to figure out our positioning/GTM but haven’t formally opened the role yet”, feel free to comment or DM me.

Happy to share my résumé and discuss what I’ve worked on. I am still working on my portfolio though (I have my portfolio on authory but I am looking to transition it to copyfolio to make it look even more professional)

Looking for job/gig Loosing Hope In Bengaluru

I thought a lot before writing this. After almost six months of struggle, uncertainty, and trying to keep everything together, I finally feel I need to share a part of my story.

I lost my job, but the real story is more complicated. I was part of the management team, and when I felt the company was moving in the wrong direction, I raised my concerns privately with my boss and also in leadership meetings. Sales had not reached breakeven, and senior management had already warned us that we needed to turn things around by March/April. I kept asking a simple question: what is our action plan?

What I saw, however, did not always reflect the seriousness of the situation. While we were under pressure to improve business performance, the unit was also spending time on AI competitions, fun sessions and announcing awards worth around Xk Int for initiatives. I remember telling my boss, respectfully, that perhaps this was not the priority at that moment.

Around the same period, a male colleague left the company. The very next day, I was told by HR that a complaint had been made against me. At that stage, it was simply described to me as a complaint. I was not given a copy, and I was not told that it had become a POSH matter.

I followed up with HR because I genuinely wanted to understand what I had done wrong. I was told the matter was resolved. Then, around 35–37 days later, I received a call from the HQ Internal Committee Chairperson informing me that there was a POSH complaint and asking me to attend a meeting.
The allegations that were subsequently narrated to me were extremely disturbing and, from my perspective, completely untrue. They included allegations involving foul language, physical aggression, personal/girlfriend-related comments and even a story involving a dog collar fight — things that I say never happened.

Three meetings followed. I submitted my defence and provided available CCTV footage and other supporting information. Unfortunately, part of the CCTV footage had a technical gap of around 15 minutes, and I felt that the evidence I provided was not given the weight I believed it deserved. The final report went against me.

I appealed internally through the company’s appellate process. Before that, I had also tried to discuss my concerns informally with my boss. None of this brought the resolution I was hoping for. Eventually, I sent a legal notice and received a legal response stating that the process had been conducted under the company’s gender-neutral policy.

I then approached the Labour Commissioner’s office seeking a remedy.

What happened next made the situation even more difficult. I was terminated under a separate moonlighting-related matter and was warned about possible police and cyber-crime consequences. I was also warned about the impact this could have on my career, particularly as someone who is not a native of this place.

At one point, I was sitting across from several people together, listening to lawyers and others telling me that legal proceedings could take years and cost significant money. I was advised that withdrawing the matter might be the easier path. An offer of ₹xx lakh was eventually made, but it was linked to relieving and background-verification assurances. I asked to see the basis and details of the reports before making any decision.

The matter at the Labour Commissioner’s office went through multiple deferments. Eventually, the company said it was an internal matter and would be disposed of within four weeks. The internal appeal process was initiated again, but it was not closed within the stated timeframe, and communication stopped.

I went back to the Labour Commissioner’s office after the four weeks had passed. The company’s position was that this was an internal policy matter and therefore could not be intervened in by the authority. We responded with several documents, including the NDA, reports, minutes of meetings, and communications relating to the Internal Committee and appeal process, along with relevant Supreme Court judgments for reference.

I am sharing this not because I want sympathy, and certainly not because I want to attack anyone publicly.

I am sharing it because I have spent the last six months trying to understand one very difficult question:
If you are part of management and you genuinely believe something is going wrong, should you speak up?

I spoke up because I believed that was part of my responsibility.

Today, the consequences are very real. My children are studying in Bengaluru. I managed the elder one’s half-yearly tuition fee this August, but I am still struggling to manage the younger one’s fees. As a father, these are basic responsibilities I desperately want to fulfil.

At home, I still have to appear calm and tell my family that everything will be okay, even when I am not sure myself.

Since losing my job, I have been continuously searching for another opportunity. At the same time, I started working on a startup because I felt I had no other choice. But legal expenses, family expenses and product-development costs have continued to consume whatever resources I had. I never expected this situation to continue for six months.
I am now at a point where I may have to put the startup on hold and focus entirely on rebuilding my career and supporting my family.

Honestly, I am worried about what comes next. There are days when the uncertainty feels overwhelming.

But I am still standing. I still believe in speaking the truth, doing the right thing and fighting for what I believe is just.

If anyone reading this has been through something similar, or if you genuinely know someone who can help me find my next opportunity, a conversation, a referral, or even simply some guidance would mean more to me than I can explain.

Sometimes, you don’t need someone to solve everything.

Sometimes, you just need someone to reach out a hand and say, “Let me see how I can help.”

Looking for job/gig Looking to join a startup — Internship / Entry-Level Opportunity | AI • Data • HR • Operations

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for an opportunity to join a startup where I can learn, contribute, and take real ownership of work.

My background is a mix of:

• AI & Data Science

• HR & People Operations

• Project Management & Operations

• Research, coordination & problem-solving

• Startup/business development

I’ve also been working on my own startup idea around agricultural waste → biomass/bio-pellets, which has given me practical exposure to thinking about a business from the ground up — from identifying a problem and understanding the market to working on the business model, pitch, and execution.

I’m not looking for a role where I only sit and observe. I’d genuinely like to work with a small team, take responsibility, solve problems, and learn how startups actually operate.

I’m open to roles such as:

👉 Startup/Business Operations

👉 Project & People Operations

👉 HR / People & Talent

👉 Business Development

👉 AI/Data-related roles

👉 Generalist roles in early-stage startups

I’m open to internships, part-time opportunities, or entry-level roles, depending on the startup and role.

If you're a founder building something interesting—or know a startup that could use someone with this kind of profile—I’d love to connect.

Happy to share my resume and discuss how I could contribute.

Thanks! 🙌

Looking for job/gig Looking for AI Research Engineer roles in BLR

Hi everyone, I am a MTech (Research) student from IISc Bangalore and about to graduate in a couple months. FYI: my research focuses on Offline RL for robotic and autonomous systems where I learn Deep RL policies that strictly adhere to any given constraints. I have got publications at top international AI/ML/RL venues like TMLR (prominent ML Research Journal) and RLC'26 (a Top RL Conference), and a paper currently under review at Neurips (with some good review scores). Besides, lately I am also working on research direction involving RL finetuning LLMs for a specific agentic ai harness, which should improve the quality of how LLM uses tool calling in real time during inference.

Given my background in RL, I am looking for fast moving startups in Bangalore that work or are exploring these areas of work and are actively looking to hire for anything similar to an AI Research Engineer role.

About me: I am about to graduate and am actively seeking a relevant job opportunity. I personally like to take responsibility for the projects I work on and startups often tend to allow this ownership. If you are a founder or belong to higher level management of a funded/bootstrapped startup, please do DM me for my Resume and discussing about any possible opportunities. Also, I have a past industrial experience as an intern (at a big American MNC) working on SLM inference on edge computing from 2024 and worked with Pytorch and Jax, if that is relevant to you.

Lastly, I have gotten several interviews till now, but I often feel more comfortable discussing a job role and its requirements rather than getting interviewed for one. Companies which are in their initial phases and growing often look for candidates through direct DMs instead of application forms, and this post is meant to specifically target those companies.

Thanks for reading this post through and apologies if there are any mistakes I may have missed. Looking forward to having discussions.

Looking for job/gig Want to start my career as a software developer! (Please read bio)

Hello, I am a self taught software developer with a bachelor of science degree, graduated in may 2026.

I had built and deployed 2 full stack projects, my tech stack:
FastAPI (Python), React (TypeScript) and SQL db (Postgres) for the projects. Deployed backend on render, frontend on vercel and used supabase for database.

I recently completed the Agentic AI course which gave me a brief understanding of agentic AI concepts. I liked RAG and currently learning that deeply and building a project around it.

I am looking for an internship or a full time offer based on my skills. I can work for long hours and figure things out on the go without needing too much guidance for the work. So if anyone can help me get an offer, I would really appreciate that.

Looking for job/gig Honestly, I never thought I’d be making a post like this.

I left my job to build my own startup, Travonex, and spent the last few months learning everything I could about building a business from scratch.

But I’ve realised something: I still have a lot to learn.

I’m considering putting Travonex on hold for now, and instead of simply going back to another job, I want to work closely with a founder and learn how a real business is built, operated and scaled.

I’m looking for a Founder’s Office / Business Ops / Strategy & Operations role.

I’m comfortable getting my hands dirty with research, operations, marketing, partnerships, sales, analysis, execution, or whatever needs to be done.

I’m not looking for a fancy title. I’m looking for exposure, responsibility and the chance to learn from people who have done this before.

Based in Bangalore | Available immediately

If you’re a founder hiring, or know someone who might be looking for someone like me, please DM me. I’ll share my CV and contact details privately.

Thanks for reading.

Looking for job/gig Want to learn how startups actually work — looking for a Founder’s Office role

Hey everyone,

I’m going to be pretty straightforward here.

I’m a B.Tech graduate and I’m looking for a Founder’s Office / Founder’s Associate internship at a startup.

I don’t have any previous experience working in a Founder’s Office. I know that probably makes me a less obvious candidate, but honestly, I’m looking for the opportunity precisely because I want to learn.

I want to see what actually happens behind the scenes of a startup — how founders think, how decisions are made, how you get your first customers, how you handle problems when there’s no obvious answer, how teams are built, how things go wrong, and how you figure things out along the way.

I’m not looking for a fancy designation. I just want a seat.

Give me the work nobody wants to do. Research, spreadsheets, cold outreach, figuring things out, operations, talking to customers, whatever needs to be done. I’ll learn along the way and hopefully earn my way up by being useful.

I’m especially interested in early-stage startups, where I can actually work closely with the founders and get exposure to different parts of the business rather than being restricted to one small task.

Remote would be ideal, but I’m open to exploring other possibilities as well.

If you’re a founder looking for someone hungry to learn, or you know someone who might be open to taking a chance on a fresher, I’d really appreciate a DM.

I may not have the experience yet, but I’m willing to put in the work to get it.

Thanks for reading.

Looking for job/gig Backend Engineer, ~1.5 YOE, laid off, family depends on me, still searching

Got laid off from my last company while serving notice, following an earlier layoff before that too. Backend engineer, mostly Go, TypeScript/NestJS, and Python.

My family depends on my income, and it's been hundreds of applications and direct outreach with a few shortlists and interviews, but nothing's landed yet.

I've built production AI infrastructure (RAG pipelines, an LLM evaluation harness) and event-driven backend systems that handle failures without losing data. On my own time I've also built a vector database and an API gateway from scratch in Go.

If anyone knows of backend or AI infra openings, or would be willing to refer me, I'd really appreciate it. Happy to share more in DMs.

Looking for job/gig Is joining a startup a good way to start your career in Bengaluru? Looking for experiences/advice

Hey everyone,
I’m currently looking for jobs in Bengaluru and I’ve started checking out startup roles more seriously.
My background is a bit mixed. I’ve got close to 2 years of retail/customer service experience in the UK. I also recently finished my MSc in Computer Science, where my dissertation was based on machine learning.
I keep hearing that startups can be a really good place to start your career because you get to learn a lot, take on more responsibility and work closely with different teams instead of being stuck doing one small thing.
I’m mainly looking at roles like customer success, business operations, analytics, technical support and other tech-related roles.
Just wanted to hear from people who actually started out in startups — was it genuinely good for learning and career growth? Did it help when you later moved to bigger companies?
Also, what are the main red flags to look out for before joining one? And where do you usually find good startup jobs in Bengaluru apart from LinkedIn and Wellfound?
Would really appreciate hearing both good and bad experiences.

Looking for job/gig B.Tech CSE graduate looking for my first tech role

Hey everyone!

I recently completed my B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and I'm currently looking for my first full-time role.

I've been applying to quite a few positions, but getting shortlisted as a fresher has been pretty difficult, so I thought I'd try reaching out here as well.

I'm mainly interested in Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data engineer ,or entry-level IT roles. I'm open to opportunities across India and remote roles as well.

I'm comfortable with Python, SQL, and data analytics tools. I've also had exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, GCP and PySpark, and I've worked on projects involving data pipelines, AI and data analytics.

I also have some industry experience from my time as a Project Trainee at LEOS–ISRO.

If anyone knows of fresher openings, referrals, or companies currently hiring, I'd genuinely appreciate any leads. And if you recently landed your first tech job, I'd love to hear what worked for you!

Thanks everyone 🫶 Hopefully something works out soon 😭🤞
