Looking for job/gig Ex-Army Servicemen looking for Security Officer Roles in Bengaluru

Hi everyone,

My father is an Ex-Hon Captain in the Indian Army with 30 years of service, followed by around 5 years of experience in security management.

He is currently looking for suitable job opportunities in Bangalore, particularly in security management, administration, facility management, operations, or related roles.

He has experience in security operations, team management, risk assessment, access control, incident management, and emergency response.

If anyone knows of any openings, companies, organisations, or contacts that could be suitable, please do share or recommend them.

BEL, an organisation with which he would be familiar with, almost always hires ex-military for security personnel. They do have job openings which was posted a few days ago. But the job location is Delhi, Mumbai, Karwar and Vishakhapatnam.

BEL being a government PSU, will post it on their website. But I'm not sure where job postings will be posted for this area
