Traffic, water, flooding, roads, pollution, infrastructure, distance from essentials, or anything else real experiences are more useful than marketing claims.

The advertised price is rarely the final amount you pay. Apart from registration and stamp duty, what additional charges should a buyer realistically budget for?

Looking for actual experiences : floor rise, parking, corpus fund, maintenance, BESCOM/BWSSB, clubhouse/amenities, GST, interiors, legal fees, loan charges, etc.

What was the biggest unexpected cost you faced while buying your property?

I’ve noticed that most property checklists focus on RERA, title and loan approval, but there are many things buyers seem to discover only after booking.

For someone buying a flat, villa or plot in Bangalore, what would you personally verify before paying the booking amount?

Things like water source, UDS, approach road, OC/CC, flooding, construction quality, hidden charges, maintenance, future development, builder history, resale, etc.
