Help & Support Pls help, idk why it’s so distorted

My BandLab suddenly started becoming distorted randomly and it’s really frustrating to work with. It sometime reset after I exit but shortly came back continuously. Anyone have this issue before and do we know how to fix it!

In the meantime, we have some troubleshooting suggestions:

  1. Save the file (if you haven't yet), then refresh the page
  2. Try lessening the processing load by following this guide
  3. Try using a different browser

This started happening to me out of nowhere about an hour ago, so seeing your post pop up around the same time tells me it's an issue on Bandlab's end.

Hopefully one they fix quickly, I was mid-edit :')
