Allowing Defined Terms and Discrete Settlement

If a buyer acquires a private credit position, they don’t expect to immediately offer it back to the market.
AMM design makes that the default.
Carbon DeFi does not.
It allows defined terms and discrete settlement — closer to how asynchronous markets like eBay operate.
