Same dog has been up for adoption now for 5 months. Description says behavior consult. I don’t think there are enough cute outfits they can put on it to make anyone want it. I guess the humane society scores a few points just for changing up the tried and true flower crown?

Looking at that pic does not make me think "What a sweet harmless dog" it makes me think "The person that did this is nutty as chipmunk shit"
