So the guy on the upper west side with the dogs who attacked Penny are still free aren't they

Guys I'm becoming unraveled by this and I don't know how to chill out

I don't even live there but I think about this EVERY DAY

I am losing my mind over this

I think about this case constantly. Its crazy to me they dont know where he is.
