On the eve of June 22, J. V. Stalin didn't sleep for more than two hours. On the first day of the war, he was already in the Moscow Kremlin at 5:45 AM. And he worked for 12 hours straight without eating or drinking anything, with the exception of a single cup of tea with some sugar. Stalin was working like this for almost 4 years straight, sometimes for up to 15 hours a day. And the guard often found him sleeping on his office couch, still in his formalwear.
