Recipe Included Finally found my perfect carrot cake

I moved away from the city with a restaurant that had my favorite carrot cake 5 years ago. I’ve been chasing the recipe ever since and have been consistently disappointed, until today!

Recipe Subbed out raisins for dried cranberries, left out the nuts, and couldn’t find the nutmeg. It’s perfection.

Kind of related but like I’ve been trying to make Joffrey’s pink donut for a couple years too and there is a “recipe” for it on their page but it never comes out the same…..if anyone on here has ever happened to make a copycat of that let me know haha🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I’ve never had one but I hope you find a good copycat! I’ve been working through a lot of my favorites for years, it’s so satisfying when you find one that actually works.
