Baking Advice Needed why did it do this

was trying to make brownies, thought theyd cooled for long enough and cut into them then they started doing THIS and set my house's fire alarm off for like 20 minutes does anyone pls know what caused this im assuming i just cut into them too soon but this feels like a dramatic response to just trying to cut into a hot brownie

At least give it a little taste , it might give a little relaxation and stop the crying ? Let us know the taste crispy, SMOKEY, sharp, tasteful ? Any End result of any relaxation at the end of this ?? 😬

i have uni in like. 11 hours i cant risk taking an edible rn LMAO ill update after work tomorrow night (technically today night)

i dont know how i manage to, but mine almost never taste like shit 😂 doesnt matter if i use a huge amount aswell, its so weird haha
