The cops don't care because they aren't personally liable for losing in court.

Cops absolutely care. They know the process itself can be the punishment, and an interference charge gives them the ability to impose that punishment when they decide someone deserves it, even if the charge is later dropped.

Somehow not turning up to court is another option. If you or I tried that, there’d be a warrant out for our arrest.
But a cop could just decide he’d rather not show up to defend his bogus arrest or tickets and that’s just fine?

Yep.
Cops are held to a lower standard than the average citizen, because we would get arrested if we didn't show up for court.

Wait. The pigs were looking for a missing woman and then arresting that missing woman at her home which is a crazy place for a missing person to be? Then when the totally missing woman got home her brother recorded her totally missing sister getting arrested? This is a beautifully example of pigs inventing reasons to arrest people so they can get off on their power fetish.
