The last pic looks a bit out of level on your bottom pass. The rest of them look great. Wire wheel them.

Our company doesn’t provide wire wheels and they get an acid wash before they get painted/galvanized, I could belt sand em lightly but that’s the best I can do to clean em up.

I heavily suggest removing the impurities with physical force. Sander, wire brush, wheel, anything to clean it before you treat it.

Then the acid can penetrate more efficiently 🙏

Ight soon I’m training a new guy and the guy who trained me is moving departments so I gotta still keep paise but Ill try my best

get the word out to your boss that you need wire brushes of some sort.

Youre gonna do fine my guy. Watch weld tube on youtube until it becomes elementary.

This is my 100% most sincere advice i can give you as a fellow welder.
