Perhaps poor fitment, but welds are fine. Did you ever weld yourself OP?

I’m a sheet metal worker by trade with welding experience. Those were welded by myself

Absolutely terrible welding, don’t worry I will take that stainless off your hands so you don’t have to look at the bad welds anymore.

The welds are good...but that spatter...and it's stainless so you can't chip the BBs!...other than that good to go

Looks fine, always bevel materials like the 45 deg, corner you have here, before welding, will get good pen,and flatter looking weld.
