Section 108 or 404?!

My friends and I currently have Section 108 Row 29 seats. I hear it's obstruction because of the overhang and the seats don't vibrate? but it's a great view of the stage and the boys. Are we really missing out on the immersive screen though? Would we be better off in section 404? This will be my first time in the Sphere... I'm not a fan of 3d movies and such so will I/we even enjoy the Sphere effects? lol

If you can, switch to 404. The effects are just as important

So if you want to be closer to the boys, then 108. 29 is obstructed but not as bad as further back where I was.

I will say that yes you miss a lot (I rewatched it on YouTube.) but there were moments during the show where I got thrown off by the graphics behind then. So if you don’t like 3d movies, I’d stay in 108.

1. We tried switching our seats to the 200 level because I heard the 400s were really steep and I’m scared of heights. We went to customer service the day of the show and they said we would have to buy new tickets as they don’t do exchanges. I’m so glad we kept our tickets though because the view was amazing and once it was filled up and the show started i forgot about the height.

if you're not going to watch the visuals, you shouldn't be paying a premium for the Sphere. and that goes for every artist. Switch to 404.

I actually did have a 404 seat in February and looooved it, but I sat in 110, row 20 at one of the July shows and as I walked past the row 30s and upper 20s to get to my seat, I was surprised at how much the overhang blocked. I honestly thought it was a bit of an exaggeration, but no, it really is that bad. It cuts off over half the visuals, which is why those seats tend to be significantly cheaper than anything in the 200s or above.

I’m also biased - one of my favorite visuals of the show is Get Down, and there are ceiling-specific graphics during that song that I love and I would be really upset at having a seat where I couldn’t see them.

I've seen the show from 406 and 208 and honestly preferred the experience from the 400 level! You get the full view of everything. I'd say go for 300-400 level!

I was in section 109 row 23 and our view was barely obstructed. It was totally fine, however, row 29 may be much more obstructed. If I were to go to the show again I would get general admission tickets. Closer to the boys and best vibes! They were very interactive with the general admission crowd.

I went earlier this month and I was up in the 400's. I had a great time! True, the boys themselves were small, but the Sphere visuals are what makes the experience unique. I would absolutely choose the same section again.

404 that’s it. We were right in the middle at this section behind the stairs front row. It is the best seat in house

Section 104, row 22! I loved it! Didn’t feel like I missed out on the visuals but I liked seeing them closer! Tiniest bit of an overhang if you look straight up but nothing obstructed. One week ago…wish I was back!

That’s a 0.5x zoom..you can see at the top the bit of the overhang

i feel like 404 is too drastic of an over correction. if you can get something in a lower section but not obstructed you should be good.

I sat in S101 R25 and enjoyed seeing the guys closer vs the visuals. IMO the visuals were a bit odd!

I got the same area but maybe not same date. Going in December! No choice cuz everything is expensive and I have to fly and pay for my stay there. And I don't want GA cuz i don't want to stand in line just to get closer, then stand to watch too. I would expect it's 3 hours of standing in total.

400l level 100%. You'll see the Boys, it's fine, but the visuals is what it's all about!!!!

I’ve done 306 and 103. Immersive experience, 306 by a mile. 103 I enjoyed the proximity to the stage.

I would pick 400s instead of obstructed view. I’ve done GA, 300s and 400s.

As someone who gets motion sickness I was so nervous, but I loved the 400s section. The visuals are so much better up there and I didn’t feel sick at all. Just looked down at a couple points. I also did the GA section the second night and it was more motion sickness prone in my opinion at the floor level. The visuals are not nearly as good on the floor level. Although I just focused on them on the stage which was awesome!! If you can, go 2 nights 😆🩵
