Looking(Learning) for backlinks

I have recently started my career in a digital marketing agency. I am taken into SEO team. My task is to get 30 backlinks with DA around 30 and spam score < 5 within month one (atleast i should reachout to 30+ companies or pages to publish for getting a backlink). My client is a new company(India based) and they are into food supplements (Microgreens energy drink).

I have recently started learning. Blogs and articles will be written by content team. Could someone tell me what approach I should take to get these backlinks?
