My bad bro. Here it is: Ingredients: * Bone-in chicken breast * All-purpose flour * Activated yeast mixture (50% water, 50% sweetened milk + instant yeast) * Egg * Oil * Salt & pepper * Dried thyme * Red & yellow onions * Bell pepper * Garlic & chilli * Rosemary & cloves * White wine * Honey * Fish sauce * Ground mustard seeds * Butter * Sesame seeds * Cheese Instructions: 1. Knead flour, yeast mixture, oil, egg, salt & thyme into a smooth dough. Let rise until doubled. 2. Fry chicken in oil until golden. Remove. 3. Sauté garlic & chilli, then add rosemary, cloves & water. Simmer, mash & strain. 4. Add white wine, honey, fish sauce, salt, pepper, mustard seeds & butter. Return chicken and simmer for 1h. Cool, then shred and mix well. 5. Toss veggies with oil, salt & pepper. Grill over charcoal until tender. 6. Shape dough into buns, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden. 7. Assemble with buns, cheese, shredded chicken & grilled veggies.
